He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ljungquist and Gladys Ljungquist (Olson); his granddaughter Tanya Boroski; and his brother Gene Ljungquist. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Boroski (Leroy Childs), Bonnie Ljungquist and Karen Settanni (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jennifer Maybeck, Jessica Maybeck and Joseph Settanni II; his great grandchildren, Mia DeFilippo and Jayla Vasquez; his siblings, Carl Ljungquist, Richard Ljungquist (Maria), Joan Ljungquist and Lynn Gulley (Otis); and his former wife Virginia Ljungquist (Bomba). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
