With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley L Weaver of Milford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on April 1, 2024 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley L Weaver to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Weaver and Bessie Gergely Weaver; and her siblings, Ruth Akins, Barbara Harrington and Kenneth J.

She is survived by : her siblings, Albert R. Weaver Jr. (June) of Fairfield, Marilyn Eggers of Fairfield and Robert E. Weaver (Eileen) of Stratford; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Harrington, Colonel Robert E. Akins and Paula Weaver. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home (291 Bridgeport Ave, Milford, CT 06460). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Gabriel Church (25 Broadway, Milford, CT 06460). A burial was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery (885 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
