He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Williams and Rose Williams (Salcito); and his sister Diana Battista. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Thomas Williams, Jr. (Eve Chu), Jennifer Ochoa (Nacho) and Edward Williams; his grandson Edward Ochoa; and his siblings, Ken Williams (Joan) and Geraldine Brown (Allan).
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cody-White Funeral Home (107 Broad St, Milford, CT 06460).
