He was predeceased by : his parents, James Moore and Callie Moore (Whisenant); his wife Dorothy Cervi (Dottie); and his siblings, Floyd (Clydene Moore), Helen (Richard Hill), James Carl (Erma Dell Moore), Otis (Tommy Lou Moore) and Roy (Edith Moore).

He is survived by : his sons, Tim Moore of Austin, TX and David Moore (Patricia) of Shelton, CT.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Zachary, Emily and Mackenzie; and his great grandchild Anthony Moore.
