He was predeceased by : his wife Evelyn Ferrara; and his parents, Dominic Ferrara and Lucy Ferrara. He is survived by : his children, Ellen Ferrara of Monroe, CT, Nancy Pompa (Richard) of Oxford, CT and Thomas Ferrara (Kathleen) of Milford, CT.; his grandchildren, Lindsay Ferrara (Daniel Renstrom), Danielle Carleton (Patrick) and Richard Pompa (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Lucy Renstrom, Thomas Renstrom, Reagan Carleton, Carson Pompa, Cameron Pompa and Ryan Carleton.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Blessed Sacrament Church, located at 275 Union Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06607.
