He is survived by: his wife Stella Baker; his children, Kathleen Baker, George M. Baker (Moira Baker) of Associate's Degree and Lorraine Santore (late Robert Santore); his pet Chow; his grandchildren, Rachel Demas (Harrison Demas), Raymond Baker, Geoffrey Santore and Ashley Santore; his great grandchild Adeline Demas; and his brother-in-law Dominick Ciccia (Janice Ciccia).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher Funeral Home (315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude Parish (707 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468). A burial will be held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at the Follow Long Hill Burial Ground (53 Middlebrooks Ave, Trumbull, CT 06611).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Parish or the St. Jude Children's Hospital in George's memory.
