Forrest, Sr. and Marie Giannone Forrest Frank; his wife Victoria D'Onofrio Forrest of Monroe, CT; his children, Gregory Forrest (Debra) of Portsmouth, RI, Jeffrey Forrest (Leah) of Bloomfield, CT and Jill Esposito (Ken) of Newtown, CT; his grandchildren, Nicole Kennedy (Michael), Danielle Errickson (Tyler), Mercedes Forrest Gregory Forrest II (Tyler Woodward), Austin Ryan (Katharine Johnson), Marissa Esposito, Frank Esposito and Conor Cahill; his great grandchildren, Henry, Oliver and Jones; his sister Joan Fitzgerald; and his grandson Forrest Ryan. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
