He was predeceased by: his parents, John Simmons and Audrey Kraft Simmons; and his sister Sally Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Susie; his daughters, Carrie Simmons (Michael), Jennifer Simmons (Robert), Audrey Simmons (Eric) and Emily Mangieri (Kyle); his siblings, Bruce Simmons, William Simmons and Sybil Avery; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Charlotte, Matthew, Lily, Luke, Mickey, Gwen, Ruby and Dora. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and their children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher Funeral Home (315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
