He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ambrosey and Shirley Ambrosey; his sister Catherine Reilly-Mackiewicz; his father-in-law Chester Jackiewicz; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Artman, John Reilly and Bob Kennedy.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Ambrosey; his family, Robert, Shannon, Aubrey, Charlotte, Everett, Bryan (Alicia), Andrew and Jayden; his siblings, Vincent (Victoria), Beverly Kennedy, Valerie Henshaw, Shirley Burke (George) and Theresa Budlowski (Ernest); his mother-in-law Irene Jackiewicz; his sister-in-law Theresa Jackiewicz; and his nephew Ronald Artman (Jen). He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, as well as grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
