With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew C. Gill of Monroe, Connecticut, who passed away on October 14, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Gill and Casbert Gill; and his brother Whitcliff Gill. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Brolet Gill; his sons, Matthew Gill II and Jeffrey Brian Gill (Jennifer); his siblings, Bertram Gill (Maryann), Juanita Cook (Barry) and Murial Clarke (late Robert); and his grandchildren, Matthew III and Makayla. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Parkinson's Disease Assoc.
