He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Kask and MaryAnn Kask. He is survived by : his wife Mappy Kask; his daughter Pamela E. Kask; his sisters, Katherine Cornbrooks and Susan Kask; his stepmother Jennifer Kask; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Peter, Charlie, Annie, Katherine and Sally.
