She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Duncan and Helen Duncan; her husband John H. Stowe Sr.; and her grandson Michael Bachman. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Bachman (Dan Bachman), John Stowe Jr. (JoAnne Stowe) and Nancy Faroux; her grandchildren, Melissa Richards and Harry Faroux; and her great grandchild Kenna McEwan.
