He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Holsworth and Gertrude Nelson Holsworth. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Gentile Holsworth; his children, William T. Holsworth and Tracy Broomer; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Matthew Broomer and Isabella Holsworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
