He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wagner and Janet Wagner of Jewett City; and his sister Linda Wood (Penny) of Jewett City. He is survived by: his wife Francesca Cintolo; his sons, Raymond Wagner and Nathan Wagner of Norwich; and his siblings, Ralph Wagner of Canterbury, Joseph Wagner of Lisbon, Rockwell Wagner of Plainfield, Anthony Wagner of Uncasville, Mark Wagner of Norwich and Ayan Minta of Joplin, MO..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the Griswold Funeral Home & Crematory (30 N Main St, Jewett City, CT 06351). The military honors will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 9:45 AM at the Soldier's Monument. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary - Our Lady of the Rosary Church (30 N Main St, Jewett City, CT 06351).
