She is survived by: her children, Annabelle Bass and Charles Bass; her stepchildren, Amber Bass and Alexander Bass; her siblings, Hal Warren II, Brian Warren and Jackie Warren; and her caregivers, Cynthia and Rosemary. She is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made in Connie's name to organizations furthering research and awareness for Cancer, Diabetes, and Alzheimer's.
