He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bloch and Mary Bloch (Skinner); his sisters, Henrietta Mondani and Eleanor Lockwood; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Mondani Sr., Will Lockwood, Harry Mitchell and James Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Dottie (Mitchell); his daughters, Tracy Bloch of Cobalt and Suzanne MacDougall (Ryan) of New Hampton, NY; his grandchildren, Mairin MacDougall and Thomas MacDougall; his siblings-in-law, Robert Mitchell, Julia Mitchell and Diane Mitchell; his nieces and nephews, Wendy Anderson (Dan), Jennifer Mitchell, Monica Mitchell (Steve), Thomas Mondani, James Mondani (Cara) and Christopher Mitchell; and his cousin Joan Sikorski. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
