He is survived by: his wife Colleen McMeel; his children, Ryan Casner of Port St, Jeffrey Casner (Hyunkyoung) of Jacksonville, FL, Jonathan Casner of Chester, VT, Chip Casner (Donna) of Flagstaff, AZ and Kari Casner of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Quinn, Zane, Shae and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Robert Casner (Kathleen) of Lyme, CT and Sharyn Campbell (Gordon) of Orenco Station, OR.
