It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Bailey Parmenter of Moodus, Connecticut, born in Lewiston, Maine, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph E. Perreault and Martha Perreault (Bailey); her brother David E. Perreault; and her granddaughter Daena Bailey Parmenter. She is survived by : her husband Frederick N. Parmenter Sr. of Moodus; her sons, David Parmenter (Denise Parmenter) of Columbia, CT and Frederick Parmenter Jr. of Millbury, MA; her sister-in-law Elaine Baitler of Naples, ME; and her grandchildren, Darien Parmenter and Allison Parmenter. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
