She was predeceased by : her husband Alan Grinnell; her parents, Alvaro Costa and Hortense Costa (Victoria); her son Donne Pont; and her son-in-law Bill Lord.

She is survived by : her children, Susan Lord of Mystic and Larry Pont Jr. (Donna) of Stonington; and her sister Barbara Boyd of Mina, NV. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
