He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Brien and Eileen O'Brien; and his brother Rich (Julie). He is survived by: his wife Lori Wolf; his sons, Cutter (Nicole), Justin (Agnes) and Beau; his granddaughters, Harper, Piper and Poppy; his father-in-law Paul Wolf; his sister-in-law Linda (Ed Daingerfield); his niece Caitlin; and his siblings, Jean, Loretta (Mike), John (Liza) and Tom (Michele). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A wake will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dinoto Funeral Home (17 Pearl St, Mystic, CT 06355). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (15 Pearl St, Mystic, CT 06355). A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at the Elm Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Denis.
