She was predeceased by: her parents, Duilio Luzi and Zenaide Luzi; her husband Robert Flanagan; and her daughter Julie Verrengia. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jonathan Verrengia Jenna Deitch (Evan), Michaela and Mitchell Ryan; her son-in-law John Verrengia; Stephen Flanagan (Russell Guerin) of Old Lyme, Darra Ryan (William) of Waterford and Michael Flanagan of San Diego, Calif..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home (84 Montauk Ave, New London, CT 06320). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (10 Huntington St, New London, CT 06320).
