Toland; his wife Karen; his son Tyler Fleming (Ashley); his sister Tara; his brother-in-law Todd Bolles; his brothers, Tom Jr. (April), Shaun and Justin (Samantha); his grandchildren, Rylan and Emersyn Fleming; his nieces and nephews, Ava, Brooke, Aleah and Carter; his parents-in-law, Fred and Marion Fleming; his brothers-in-law, Eric and Mike Fleming; his cousin Steve Tardiff (Cheryl); and his close friends, Tommy Gauthier (Jenny) and Jim Nault (Darlene).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jay's name to American Legion Post 19.
