Judith Mitchell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Mitchell of Mystic, Connecticut, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Amaral and Maria Christina Amaral (Leite); her siblings, Jose Leite, Mario Amaral, Isabel Policarpo and Maxine Barrett; and her grandson Stephon Hodge.
She is survived by: her husband William Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Jaylynn Brown, Jaylee Mitchell, Stephon Greenberg and Shiloh Greenberg; her sister Phyllis Mitchell; her family Portuguese; and also, Antonio Amaral (Teresa), George Amaral (Thora), Paulina Cruz, Maria Mitchell and Iva DaSilva. She is also survived by one of ten siblings.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Mystic Funeral Home (51 Williams Ave, Mystic, CT 06355).
