He was predeceased by : his sisters, Claudia and Edna Crowley (Wheeler). He is survived by : his siblings, John, Maureen and Cathy; his wife Leslie; his children, Philip (Caitlin), Ryan, Griffin and Molly; and his grandchildren, Madison and Philip Jr. Mike.
