He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Ottley and Vandeventer Crisp; and his siblings, Lucetta Crisp Knox and Van. He is survived by: his wife Emily (Missy); and his daughters, Wendy C. Henderson (Ted), Ann C., Stade (John) of Rowayton, CT and Tina C. Miller (Malcolm) of New Canaan, CT. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
