He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph and Virginia Joseph (Bogue). He is survived by: his wife Gwen Joseph; his stepdaughter Michelle Edwards; his stepgranddaughter Payton Edwards; his former wife Beverly Morrone; his children, Richard Joseph, James Joseph (Stewart) and Karen Wilson (David); and his grandchildren, Chase Rowe (Diane), Joshua Joseph, Bailey Joseph, Nicholas Wilson, Katelyn Wilson and Brayton Wilson. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dinoto Funeral Home (17 Pearl St, Mystic, CT 06355).
