He is survived by: his wife Cristen Rebmann; his children, Ryan Mooney, Megan Carter and Erin Impellizeri; his stepchildren, Michael Grzincic, Marybeth Peret and Melissa Woolley; his grandchildren, Kathryn Mooney, Benjamin Mooney and Mackenzie Carter; and his siblings, Patricia Stanley Lackman, John F. Mooney Jr. and Robert Mooney.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Disabled American Veterans organization in Richard's memory.
