Ruth M. Bush Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate Ruth M. Bush of Mystic, Connecticut, whose life came to an end on October 22, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Douglas MacLeman and Ruby Mae Vincent; her husband John E. Bush; her former husband Sherwood Frost Sr.; her sons, Sherwood Frost Jr. and Richard Frost; her brother Douglas MacLeman; her sister-in-law Gertrude; her sister Elsie MacNeil; her brother-in-law Gene; and her grandsons, Christopher Frost and Johnathan Treiber.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Walsh (Tom); her stepchildren, Diane Treiber (Jeff), John Bush Jr., Kevin Bush (Tammy), Michael Bush Sr., Judy Stebbins (Dana) and Janet Flis (Dan); her grandchildren, Brett Frost, Hannah Walsh, Sarah Walsh, Rebekah Walsh, Andrew Frost, Matthew Frost, Teague Bush, Mike Bush Jr. and Mason Bush; and her sibling's children, Bonnie Church, Debbie Markiewicz (John), Lynda MacNeil and Wayne MacNeil (Helena). She is also survived by many other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Branford Evangelical Free Church (231 Leetes Island Rd, Branford, CT 06405).
