He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Beatrice Faulk Wiggins; and his siblings, Carrie Richardon, Betty Shebazz and Donald Wiggins. He is survived by: his children, Xavier R. Wiggins and Lori A. Wiggins; his stepdaughter Letha Zook; and his sister Gene Holt. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
