He was predeceased by: his parents, Lily Bennett McKenzie of Durham and William McKenzie of Dumbarton; his wife Jocelyn Wiley; and his daughter Mary. He is survived by: his daughters, Kate (Peter) of Brooklyn, NY and Amy (Andy) of Santa Fe, NM; his grandson Jack of Santa Fe, NM; and his brother Glen (Viviana) of Toronto, ON.
