He was predeceased by: his parents, Silverio Iacono and Candida Iacono; and his siblings, Joseph Iacono and Franca Migliaccio. He is survived by: his wife Renata Iacono (Iossa); his children, Silverio "Sal" Iacono (Lisa), Luigi Iacono and Candida Hutchinson (Gerald); his grandchildren, Andrew Hutchinson (Brooke), Randy Hutchinson and Jenna Iacono; and his great grandchildren, Kara and Natalie Hutchinson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many loving family members.

In lieu of flowers and to honor Andy's memory, donations are requested to St. Francis of Assisi Church, 318 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770.
