It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann P. Rozycki of Naugatuck, Connecticut, who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Helen Smith (Churik); her son Chester Rozycki; her siblings, George Smith, John Smith, Fred Marakinni and Julia Celello; and her grandson Ronald Grenier of Arizona.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Grenier of Barkhamsted; her grandsons, Peter Grenier of Louisiana and Dale Grenier of Barkhamsted; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Smith (Dottie) of Naugatuck. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (318 Church St, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
