He is survived by: his spouse Lizette Kwaak (Clemente); his sons, Brett Kwaak, Jr. (Danyella) of Naugatuck and Joseph Kwaak of Naugatuck; and his granddaughter Raegan. He is also survived by many siblings and nieces and nephews.
