With solemn reverence, we commemorate Cecelia A. Kowalchick of Naugatuck, Connecticut, born in Torrington, Connecticut, whose life came to an end on August 29, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving behind cherished memories. Though Cecelia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Cecelia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Jobin and Ella Jobin (Wilcox). She is survived by: her husband Victor M. Kowalchick; her daughters, Jen, Courtney and Whitney; and her brothers, Raymond and Thomas Jobin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
