He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Hall (Schramm); his parents, Charles W. Hall and Elizabeth Hall (Edwards); and his siblings, William, Henry, Louise McGinness, Pauline Wilson and Jane North.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Hinesley (Steve) of Prospect, Stephen C. Hall (Darlene) of Grand Junction, CO, William H. Hall (Tammy) of Plymouth, MA and Mark D. Hall (Valerie) of Naugatuck; and his caregivers, Luann Piccirillo, Laura Brady, Mary Jane Mariano and Charlie. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
