David W. Rogers Sr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David W. Rogers Sr. of Naugatuck, Connecticut, born in Hamburg, New York, who passed away on January 13, 2021 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David W. Rogers Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Rogers and Marie Rogers (Yahraes); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Rogers; his children, David Rogers Jr. (Laurie), Donald Rogers (Tracy) and Sue Rogers (Mary Pashley); his grandchildren, Elena Rogers, Timothy Rogers, Kayla Rogers, Dylan Rogers and Sydney Rogers; his brother Graydon Rogers; his stepchildren, Patty Hendrickson (Ames), Pam Synnott (Dennis), Penny Trabka (Bob), Steve Fernald (Maureen) and Doug Fernald (Joanna); his stepgrandchildren, Kristen Morris (Dave), Karen Fleck (Eric), Dan Synnott (Jaimie), Nate Fernald, Eric Fernald (Theresa), Katelynn Trabka and Lynnsey Trabka; his former wife Ann Rogers (Galvin) of Naugatuck; and his brother William Rogers of Colorado. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.

Arrangements - Due to the pandemic a graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at 11:00 am at St. James Cemetery, Cross Street, Naugatuck.
