He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Beauchamp and Ethel Beauchamp; and his son Dr. Charles J. Beauchamp. He is survived by: his wife Aggie Beauchamp; and his daughter Mary Farrar. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters; 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
