He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Sousa, Sr. and Elizabeth Sousa (Manthey); his sister Diane Hurst; and his nephew Justin Damiano. He is survived by: his children, Brianne Sousa and Goose Sousa; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Joyce Sousa; his nephew Brian Sousa; and his stepdaughter Hayley Lindsey.
