It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie A. Dichele of Naugatuck, Connecticut, who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard M. "Dick" Dichele; her parents, Domenic Licese and Antoinette Licese (Mastrianni); and her brother Patrick Licese. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey M. Dichele (Joan) of Mendon, MA and Gregory Dichele (Cheryl) of Wolcott; her grandchildren, Emily Hilliard (Josh) of Wallingford, CT, Mickey Dichele of Wolcott and Paxton Dichele of Los Angeles, CA; and her brother Joseph Licese of Waterbury. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
