He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Wargo and Mary Wargo; his wife Marilyn Wargo; his brother George Wargo; his sister-in-law Jean Wargo; and his niece Cheryl Wargo.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Wargo, Jr. (Kathleen) and Linda Wargo; his granddaughter Sarah Frank (Keith); his great grandchildren, Stella and Addison Frank; and his brother Alec Wargo (Ilse). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home (82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (318 Church St, Naugatuck, CT 06770).
