She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Fortin and Mildred Fortin (Luddy); her former husband Louis Alessie; and her brother Paul Fortin. She is survived by: her husband Ron; her daughters, Traci Alessie of Naugatuck and Kimberly Valentin of Hartford; her stepchildren, Todd Gentley of Waterbury and Brooke Rendle of Orleans, VT; and her sister Sandra Graziano of Middlebury. She is also survived by grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial - Fitzgerald Zembruski (240 N Main St, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
