He was predeceased by: his son Stephen Lee Mooneyham. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mooneyham; his mother Mary Beulah Mooneyham of Sanford; his daughter Ryan Elizabeth Mooneyham; his granddaughter Alexia Leigh Korzen; and his aunt Shirley Lindley of Graham. He is also survived by his family and close friends.
