He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sembrowich (Kostka); his daughters, Stacey Sembrowich of Hamden and Rhya Sembrowich of Derby; and his brother Walter "Skip" Sembrowich Jr. of Florida. He is also survived by three grandsons, one granddaughter and eight great-grandchildren.
