With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera S. Grohs of Naugatuck, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on February 10, 2024 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vera S. Grohs to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Sheridan and Vera Sheridan (Nordstrom). She is survived by : her children, Kenneth Grohs, Jr. (Carrie) of Naugatuck, James Grohs (Patricia) of Middlebury and Kimberly Gilbert (Richard) of Middlebury; and her grandchildren, Corey Grohs, Kaitlyn Grohs, Carly Grohs, Joshua Gilbert, Samantha Gilbert and Matthew Grohs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many lifelong close friends.
