He was predeceased by: his parents, Franciszek Stachowiak and Jadwiga Stachowiak. He is survived by: his wife Ewa; his sons, Jacek Stachowiak (Joanna) of Fairfield, CT and Pawel Stachowiak of New Britain; his grandchildren, Aleksander, Aniela and Adrian; his sister Ania Horelik (Michal); and his sibling's children, Basia Nartowicz, Adam and Grzegorz Horelik. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes (332 Burritt St, New Britain, CT 06053). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (158 Broad St, New Britain, CT 06053).
