He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Eleanor Pacyna (Kilby); his parents, Rosalie Pacyna (Rembisz) and Joseph Pacyna; his grandchildren, Wendy Pacyna and Joseph Sgroi; and his siblings, Mary O'Connor, Sophie Toffolon, Ann Ricci, John, Edward, Lawrence, Peter, Helen and Eugene Pacyna.

He is survived by: his children, Betty Ann Kunda, Lawrence Pacyna, Nancy Pacyna, Cynthia Pacyna, Patricia Zyjewski and Joann Pacyna; his grandchildren, Michelle Harter, Shawn Burgos (Amy), Lawrence Pacyna, Jr. and Jesse Pacyna; and his brother-in-law Richard Kilby (Ann). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
