It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice C. Anderson of New Britain, Connecticut, born in Winnsboro, South Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Booker T. Copeland and Roberta Copeland (Davis); her husband Ernest Anderson; her siblings, Thelma Ginyard, Moses, Floyd, John, Samuel, Grady and Booker T. Copeland Jr.; and her son-in-law Norman Hicks.
She is survived by : her children, Ronald V. Anderson (Gladys) of Marlborough, MA, Sandra Sanchez (Ramon) of Lancaster, PA, Donna Anderson of New Britain, CT, Pamela Hicks of Greensboro, N. C. and Susie Anderson of New Britain, CT; her siblings, Eva Abioudan and David Copeland; and her grandchildren, Lydia, Ramona, Gloria, Allie, Reuben, Jordan, Jonah, Jacob, Christopher, Kendall, Kenna, Timothy, Samuel, Cherelle and Ronald Jr.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
