She is survived by: her children, Kevin Smith of Massachusetts, Kim Burkes of Windsor and Valeria Burkes of New Britain; her daughter-in-law Joyce Smith of Florida; her grandsons, Joirob Smith and Royce Smith of Florida; her great grandchild Aaliyah Smith of Florida; and her cousins, Ida Gay of Texas, Jannie Berry of Bloomfield and Frances Aponte of New York. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
