We announce the death of Bronislawa Zygnerski of New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on September 13, 2026, at the age of 93. Bronislawa will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kasper Harchut and Genowefa Harchut (Szpara); her husband Edward Zygnerski; her siblings, Kazimierz Arciszewski (Aniela), Helen Walicki (Anthony), Agnieszka Irzyk (Franciszek), Genowefa Bartkowicz (Marian) and Irena Strzepek-Ksiazek; and her siblings-in-law, Ignacy Strzepek, Alfred Ksiazek and Maria Harchut.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Zygnerski-Schaffer (Allan) of San Jose and Wieslawa Gawecki (Norbert) of Farmington; her grandchildren, Alexander Schaffer, Klaudia Gawecki and Sabrina Gawecki; and her brother Jozef Harchut of Plainville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
