With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles J. Calderone (New Britain, Connecticut), who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles J. Calderone to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Calderone and Rose Calderone; and his sister Mary Rooney. He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. Calderone; his daughters, Donna Burton (Doug) of Florida and Charlene Steurer (John) of Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Michael Burton (Tori), Alyssa Burton (Thomas Garvey), Jessica Conley (Kyle), Jennifer Steurer and Kelsey Sweet (Bevan); and his great grandchildren, Landon, Cayden Garvey, Tyler Burton and Everett Sweet.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home (111 Chamberlain Hwy, Berlin, CT 06037). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the St. Mary Cemetery (1141 Stanley St, New Britain, CT 06051).
